Steve McCormick
President and CEO

Steven C. McCormick serves as President and Chief Executive Officer for Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC (RSCS), the exclusive supply chain management company for YUM! Brands Inc. and its three restaurant systems – KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell. RSCS also serves the A&W restaurant system with supply chain services. Under Steve’s leadership, RSCS continues to build upon a strong foundation of world-class supply chain excellence. With a strategic focus on leveraging collaboration between our brand teams, franchisees, and suppliers, Steve has driven innovative thinking, leading to breakthrough results for our members.

For over 30 years, Steve has worked with some of the most iconic brands in business. Steve has held several significant leadership positions, including CEO of Borden, President of Weightwatchers North America, and President of Odwalla, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company. Over the course of his career, Steve has been instrumental in driving improved financial performance through innovation and operating efficiencies.

Steve is a board member of RSCS, Freeman, and the Taco Bell Foundation for Teens, in addition to KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell concept co-op boards of directors. Steve received a BS in Business Administration from Winthrop University and has completed supply chain executive management courses from The University of Tennessee and Cornell University.

Tom ImHoff

Todd Imhoff
Chief Procurement Officer

As Chief Procurement Officer, Todd’s leadership of the procurement team establishes a strong vision and direction for commodity management and strategic sourcing across the entirety of our system. Todd’s philosophy of working in partnership with franchisees, suppliers, distributors, Yum! Brands, and trading partners delivers a competitive advantage to all members through “best in class” procurement of all food, packaging, equipment and centralized items and services.

Todd joined the organization from Alcoa Inc., a global procurement organization, where for seven years, he served as Vice President Global Commodity Management. During his tenure at Alcoa, Todd led a global team responsible for the commercial procurement of strategic materials, indirect materials and services, and capital equipment and services for the enterprise. He also held positions at Great Lakes Chemical Corporation, Monsanto/Solutia and PepsiCo.

Todd earned a BS in Business Logistics from Penn State University and an MBA from the JL Kellogg School at Northwestern University.

Ray Khan


Ray Khan
Chief Financial Officer

Ray Khan joined our team March 31, 2014. Ray will provide financial leadership and governance for RSCS and support fact-based decision making across the organization. Through Ray, the financial, accounting and information technology functions will plan and develop the operating and capital plans, provide financial operations support and drive business technology platforms. Ray will align the teams for strategic business partnerships within and throughout RSCS, and support the acceleration of RSCS's restaurant margin improvement initiatives across the concepts. RSCS executives will welcome Ray's strategic advice.

Ray joined the organization having spent the majority of his career with General Electric Company, coupled with more recent experience in private equity, working with Cerberus Capital Management. Ray started his fifteen year career with GE as a college intern. Achieving significant success, Ray's accomplishments are many and include leading organization strategy for $7 billion in procurement, distribution and manufacturing costs of a global sourcing team, a US distribution network and 10 manufacturing operations, including a 50 person finance team, plant finance managers and directors.

Ray earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College and is Six Sigma Black Belt Certified.

Michele Esselman

Michele Esselman
Chief Human Resources Officer

Michele joined RSCS in 2005. Working to instill a high performance culture throughout the company, Michele has been instrumental in creating programs and opportunities to develop leadership and highlight the company’s ongoing strategic workforce management program. With a renewed emphasis on education and succession planning, combined with a focus on change management, RSCS has heightened the impact of human resources to the ultimate success of the company.

Michele is responsible for human resources practices, recruitment and retention, organizational development, professional development, and team member payroll and benefits. Additionally, she leads the company’s efforts in internal and external communications.

Before joining the organization, Michele had more than 20 years of human resources, finance and information technology experience with Brown & Williamson Tobacco Corp. (now R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co.) in Louisville, Ky., where she demonstrated her strengths in developing a winning culture and change management. Michele last served as Divisional Vice President, Employee Communications and Information Systems. She also held a variety of finance positions at NTS Corp. and Kentucky Fried Chicken. Michele earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bellarmine University and is a Certified Management Accountant.
