Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions Announces CEO Succession Plan

Louisville, Ky., July 19, 2021 – Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC (RSCS), the exclusive supply chain management organization for Yum! Brands, Inc. and its KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and The Habit Burger Grill restaurant systems in the U.S., today announced that President and Chief Executive Officer Steve McCormick has made the decision to retire effective February 1, 2022, after a successful nine-year career with the Company. The RSCS Board of Directors has unanimously chosen current RSCS Chief Operating Officer Todd Imhoff to succeed McCormick as President and CEO.

As President and CEO, Imhoff will take responsibility of all aspects of RSCS’s business strategy, overseeing the quick-service restaurant industry’s largest purchasing cooperative. He will report directly to the RSCS Board of Directors and serve as a non-voting ex-officio member of the RSCS Board of Directors.

As Chief Operating Officer, Imhoff has led, developed and aligned both short- and long-term supply chain strategy for all of RSCS’s concepts and international business, ensuring that the Company delivered industry-leading supply chain capabilities and a world-class sales and operations planning process. He’s also a long-time, committed champion of RSCS’s core values and culture of transparency, collaboration, respect and integrity.

Imhoff joined RSCS as Chief Procurement Officer in 2013 from Alcoa Inc., a global metals, mining and engineering products company, where he served as Vice President Global Commodity Management. During his tenure at Alcoa, Imhoff led a global team responsible for the commercial procurement of strategic materials, indirect materials and services, and capital equipment and services for the enterprise. He also held positions at Great Lakes Chemical Corporation, Monsanto/Solutia and PepsiCo. Imhoff earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Logistics from Penn State University and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
