UFPC Promotes Senior Director to Executive Staff

Louisville, Ky. — October 1, 2010 —

William Bickley, Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Unified Foodservice Purchasing Co-op, LLC (UFPC) has announced the promotion of Kathleen D. O’Neal to Vice President, Finance and Treasury.

Kathleen O'Neal, Vice President, Finance & Treasury Kathleen joined UFPC in 2007 as Senior Director, Finance and has led the Planning and Analysis team on ground-breaking improvements of UFPC’s best-in-class financial processes.  

Prior to joining UFPC, Kathleen spent 14 years with Taco Bell in a number of finance roles including Director of Capital Planning, BrandAssistant Controller and most recently, Director of Financial Forecasting and Analysis. Her strong technical background and support of company–wide accountability for business performance served her well in positions with PepsiCo., Inc. and Ernst & Young. She served multiple banking and brokerage clients while driving critical accounting policy implementations.

Kathleen's experience has served her well in managing cross–functional audits and process redesign for PepsiCo divisions. She has served multiple banking and brokerage clients in a senior auditing capacity. Kathleen received a BA in Economics from Smith College and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
